Eligibility Criteria

1. You are not looking for a quick fix. I work with women who are willing to play the long-game. I ensure my clients will have long-lasting success because I provide them with the education and tools they need to be able to sustain this lifestyle and feel like they're in control of their body.

2. You are willing to invest in your health. If you're looking for a "cheap" coach to just write you a meal plan and be done, you have come to the wrong place. I work intimately with each client and dive deep into their individual needs to create the best program for them. If you're looking for general advice, you can check out some of my blog articles, follow me on social media, or subscribe to my newsletter.
*I do not disclose pricing until after discussing your application. The reason for this is because I don't want clients who are "window shopping" for the cheapest coach. I want clients who feel connected to me personally and trust that I can help them reach their goals.

3. You are not looking for medical advice or help with an eating disorder. I am not a doctor or a dietitian, therefore I cannot help you treat diseases, conditions, or disorders. If you have  dietary restrictions I can help you work around a nutrition regimen prescribed by your doctor, but I cannot provide treatment, diagnosis, or medical advice.

4. You are not a physique competitor or professional athlete.  I prefer to work with the "average Jane", as I feel I can most closely relate to them, and therefore provide better service.

Why should you hire me as a coach?

1. The main difference between 2k Fitness and other fitness plans, is that your health and longevity is my top priority. If you were simply looking to get ripped in 6-weeks with no consideration for your long-term health, I could make you that program, but I won't. It would go against everything I believe in because it wouldn't be sustainable. 

2. I am qualified.  Through the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association, I became a Certified Personal Trainer and Metabolic Training Specialist.  I also hold a B.S. in Human Nutrition from The Ohio State University.  The fitness industry is not regulated, so many fitness "professionals" or fitness personalities you see on social media are not actually qualified. In most states it is illegal to give meal plans unless you are a Registered Dietitian, yet most online coaches hand them out left and right, putting your health (and their business) at risk. I will never give you a meal plan because that is not in my scope of practice, but most importantly, meal plans are not conducive to long-term success.  However, my education will help me guide you to an improved physique and better health. By training with me, you can rest assured that you are in good hands.

3. I don't give cookie-cutter programs, I make a customized program specific to your needs. Healthy looks different on every person, and it's a highly individualized process. What works for you may not be what works for your neighbor. We will work to create a plan that excites you and fits your unique needs.

4. I give you more than just fitness and nutrition programming, I teach you how to be fit and healthy for life, long after our time together is up. I promote the idea of "rational fitness", which is exercise that is meant to support your life.  It's about making fitness enjoyable and figuring out how to make it fit your life. This isn't one of those programs where you lose weight only to gain it back 6 months later. This is lifelong change because it's based around enjoyment and healthy habits, rather than following meal plans and strict workout schedules.  Not only will I change your body, but I will reframe your mindset so that you can be healthy and confident for life. 

5. I understand. My fitness journey was not easy. It was by no means a straight and narrow path. I went from being athletic and naturally thin, to gaining 20 pounds, through a period of disorderd eating, restriction, and low self-esteem. I have finally reached a place where I am happy, strong, and confident, but it wasn't easy, and my struggles are what motivate me to help other women. I know what it's like, so I'm here to help.
