Terms and Conditions


FEES AND PAYMENT
As consideration for any purchase you make on this website, you shall pay Strong Life Training all applicable fees. All products and programs are priced in U.S. dollars, and payment must be received in full at the time of purchase. If you are an online coaching client, you will be billed on the same day each month.

CANCELLATION
After your initial three month commitment, you will continue on a month-to-month basis. When you would like to cancel your online coaching, you must notify me 2 weeks in advance to avoid being billed for the next month. 

REFUNDS
Refunds are only offered in the first 14 days, from the day you receive your first program. 

DISCLAIMER
This is not meant to replace medical advice. Consult your physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program. If you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath during exercise, stop immediately and consult your physician. All information provided is based on Kristin Kullberg's experience as a certified personal trainer, she is not a Registered Dietitian and does not claim to be.
If you engage in these programs, you do so at your own risk. The information and provided is for educational purposes only and is not meant to act as medical advice.  Please be aware that injury is not expected, but may occur if exercise is done inappropriately. When accessing this website and/or purchasing any products, you agree to release and discharge Strong Life Training from any and all claims or causes of action that may result in economic loss, injury, illness, or death.

Trainer’s Obligations
The trainer will use her skills and knowledge to design a safe program of exercise that will take into account your lifestyle, personal goals, fitness levels, and medical history. The trainer will provide the coaching, advice, and support that you will need to achieve your goals. You understand that the results of any fitness program cannot be guaranteed. Your progress depends on your effort and co-operation. In particular, you acknowledge that individual results may vary and no particular result is guaranteed by your trainer. All client information will be kept strictly private and confidential.

Your Obligations
It is understood between you and your trainer that both must commit to your training program 100% in order for you to achieve results. By signing up for online coaching, you agree to commit to three (3) months of training, as it is unlikely to achieve significant results in fewer than three months. See refund policy above. You are required to complete the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (a “PAR-Q”) before beginning any program. You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to inform the trainer of any conditions or changes to your health, now and ongoing, which might affect your ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury. If your trainer requires further medical information from a practitioner, you must provide such details. Your trainer may require a letter of “medical clearance” from your GP. Please be aware that your GP may charge you for this. All information presented is intended for general education purposes only and shall not constitute or replace medical or professional health care, exercise, diet or medical advice, treatment plans, or services. You must always consult your physician before beginning this or any other exercise program. If pain or discomfort is felt during exercise, please stop the exercise and consult your physician.

Service Delivery/Communication
All communication and program delivery will occur via email. You are connecting with your trainer electronically when you send her emails. You consent to get interactions from your trainer online. You concur that all contracts, notifications, disclosure, and various other communications that she provides to you digitally satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
