These watermelon margaritas are perfect for a hot summer day. They are refreshing and super quick to make, and they're healthy too! The watermelon really sweetens it up so no heavy syrups are needed, only a tiny bit of sugar! Make these at your next cookout and they're sure to be a hit!

Six 1/2 cup margaritas
5 minutes if you have pre-cubed watermelon
Make sure to get a good, ripe watermelon to bring out the right sweetness and texture!
2 teaspoons sugar (for the rim)
1 lime wedge
3 1/2 cups cubed watermelon
3/4 cup tequila
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Lime wedges (for garnish)
1. Place 2 teaspoons of sugar in a saucer. Rub the rims of 6 glasses with 1 lime wedge; spin rim of each glass in sugar to coat. Set prepared glasses aside
2. Combine watermelon, tequila, 2 tablespoons sugar, and lime juice in a blender; process until smooth.
3. Fill each prepared glass with ice.
4. Strain the margarita into each glass to remove any pulp. Garnish with lime wedges
